ลิขสิทธิ์ของสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในระบบ TAT Media Assets (TMA)
ภาพถ่าย ภาพฟุตเทจ ภาพวีดิทัศน์ เสียงเพลง สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ ตลอดจนสื่อทุกชิ้นในระบบ TAT Media Assets (TMA) ทั้งหมด ถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) แต่เพียงผู้เดียว หากผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนนำไปใช้ในเชิงธุรกิจการค้าโดยมิได้ขออนุญาตจะถูกระงับการใช้งานจากการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทยและถือเป็นความผิดในการละเมิดกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ ทั้งนี้ ททท. ให้สิทธิ์การใช้งานครั้งต่อครั้งตามที่แจ้งวัตถุประสงค์มาเท่านั้น

All photographs, footage clips, video clips, audio files, printed publications, and other media assets available through the TAT Media Assets (TMA) system are the exclusive property and copyright of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Any unauthorized commercial use of TMA media assets without prior permission from Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) may result in suspension of access privileges and may constitute a violation of applicable copyright laws. Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) grants permission for media usage strictly on a case-by-case basis and only for the specific purpose stated in the approved request.
ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน
1. การนำไฟล์ภาพถ่าย ไฟล์ภาพยนตร์ ไฟล์เสียงทุกประเภท รวมทั้งไฟล์สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ในระบบ TAT Media Assets ไปใช้งานในทุกประเภทสื่อ จะต้องระบุข้อความแสดงลิขสิทธิ์บนสื่อว่า ลิขสิทธิ์ของการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) หรือ Copyright of The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)
2. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ตราสัญลักษณ์ของการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) ลงในสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ใด ๆ โดยเด็ดขาด
3. ในกรณีนำไปผลิตสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ จะต้องนำส่งไฟล์ผลงานให้การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) ทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ [email protected]
4. ในกรณีนำไปผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เผยแพร่ในช่องทางออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ เมื่อเผยแพร่แล้วจะต้องนำส่งผลงานให้การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) ทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ [email protected] โดยนำส่งที่อยู่ของสื่อบนอินเตอร์เน็ต (URL) ของสื่อทุกชิ้นงานที่ได้รับอนุมัติใช้งาน
5. การส่งคำขอการใช้งาน ท่านต้องระบุข้อมูลให้ชัดเจน เช่น วัตถุประสงค์การใช้งาน ระยะเวลาที่จะนำไปใช้งาน ชื่อช่องทางเผยแพร่ ชื่อบทความที่จะนำสื่อไปประกอบ ฯลฯ ในกรณีที่ขอใช้งานเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เดียวกัน ท่านต้องส่งคำขอการใช้ของสื่อที่ต้องการใช้งานมาทั้งหมดในคราวเดียวกัน เพื่อที่การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) จะพิจารณา ตรวจสอบ และอนุมัติในครั้งเดียว และจะไม่อนุมัติหากมีการส่งคำขอเพิ่มมาภายหลัง
6. การนำส่งผลงาน ผู้ใช้งานต้องนำส่งผลงานหลังจากผลิตเสร็จสิ้น หรือหลังจากเผยแพร่ใช้งานแล้ว และต้องนำส่งผลงานของชิ้นงานเดิมที่เคยได้รับอนุมัติก่อนส่งคำขอใช้งานชิ้นงานใหม่
Terms and Conditions of Use — General Conditions
1. All photographs, video files, audio files, and printed media files obtained from the TAT Media Assets (TMA) system must display the copyright notice: "Copyright of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)"
2. The logo or emblem of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) must not be used in any promotional or publicity materials under any circumstances.
3. For printed publications, users must submit a copy of the completed work to TAT via email at [email protected].
4. For online publications, users must submit the published work to TAT via email at [email protected], including the URL links to all approved media assets that have been published.
5. All usage requests must clearly specify the intended purpose, duration of use, publication channel, article title, and any other relevant details. If multiple media assets are requested for the same project or purpose, all requests must be submitted simultaneously for consideration. TAT reserves the right to reject additional requests submitted later for the same project.
6. Users shall provide copies or samples of completed works to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) upon completion of production or publication. Furthermore, users must submit all previously approved works for TAT's reference before submitting any new requests for the use of media assets.
